SHIPPING TERMS

At toysdealz.com, one of our main goals is to offer high-quality and safe shipping options, so that our customers can enjoy our products at home with their loved ones without any worries. To ensure we can offer our products at reasonable prices, we ship directly from our distribution center. This significantly saves on storage, transportation and packaging costs and offers you the products at a reasonable price.

Delivery time

The delivery time consists of two main components:

1. Delivery time (6-7 working days depending on destination):

*Delivery time is calculated from the time the package leaves our international shipping center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery location.

*All delivery times stated above do not include customs fees and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

• Free shipping on orders over 40 euros within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland, Finland and Portugal.
• Free shipping on UK orders over £35 GBP.
• Free shipping for orders in Poland over 175 zł.
• Free shipping on orders in Sweden over 450 SEK.
• Free shipping on orders in Australia over AUD 75.
• Free shipping on orders in New Zealand over NZD 80.
• Free shipping on United States orders over US$50.

• Standard shipping costs are €4.95 for orders under €40 within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland, Finland and Portugal.
• Standard shipping costs are £4.95 GBP for orders under £35 GBP in the UK.
• Standard shipping cost of 19.99 zł for orders under 175 zł in Poland.
• Standard shipping of SEK 49 for orders under SEK 450 within Sweden.
• Standard shipping of AUD 9.95 for orders under AUD 75 within Australia.
• Standard shipping of NZD 9.95 for orders under NZD 80 within New Zealand.
• Standard shipping of $5.99 US for orders under US$50 within United States.

At toysdealz.com We want to offer transparency and clarity about our shipping costs.

We aim to keep our shipping costs as reasonable as possible whilst providing a reliable and efficient delivery service. By shipping our products directly from our distribution center, we can keep costs low and provide you with the best value.

Where is my package?

Once the package is packed, it will be transferred to our carrier and you will receive a track & trace email. For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, the order can be sent in several partial deliveries.

Defective product?

That's a shame! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. That's why we always send a new package for free the first time and unfortunately we can't give money back. If it arrives damaged the second time, you will receive a full refund.

Order tracking

We understand how exciting it is to wait for your order. That's why we provide a seamless and detailed tracking system. Enter your order number and email address on our tracking page and receive real-time updates on your package's journey. From the moment the package leaves the warehouse to your front door, you stay informed every step of the way. If you experience any problems or have questions about the location of your order, our customer service is here to help.

Lost package?

If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying a refund or returns policy.

Import duties

In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, the law has changed as of July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on this. In some cases, customs may claim a small amount of import duties. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. Please contact us if import duties apply.

Delivery not to home or post office

If a package is delivered to your home or dropped off at a post office, toysdealz.com will cover the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. This may deduct €8.95 from the amount you receive back.

Why isn't my package tracking working?

In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the carrier to update the package location. In these cases we ask for your understanding and patience.
