How long is the return period?
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long does it take before I get my money back?
Once we have received, checked and confirmed the returned products, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method. Customers must contact us after returning the package and provide tracking information so that we can process the refund. Please note: Most financial institutions typically process refunds within 3-5 business days. Do you charge restocking costs?
No, at Toysdealz you do not pay any costs for restocking the products.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending returns with Track & Trace as we accept no liability for lost returns. The estimated return costs are €8.95.
Can I return my product without contacting you?
No, you must contact us before sending a return as the return address may be different from the address your order originally came from.

My order is damaged, what should I do?
For the quickest resolution, please send a photo of the damaged part of the item, on a flat surface where the label and damage are clearly visible. We use this information to help you with your order and prevent future errors. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact us at info@toysdealz.com. However, the costs for returning are at your expense.
I entered an incorrect shipping address!
If you have accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you: info@toysdealz.com.

Returns processing
Your return will be processed from the first email you send to customer service. Due to the high demand, an immediate response is not always possible. You don't have to send multiple emails: we will process your return as quickly as possible.
Customer satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. toysdealz.com strives to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with the products they purchase from our suppliers. If you have any shipping or product issues, please contact us and our team will assist you promptly.
Right of withdrawal and right of return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 30 days to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item. This costs approximately €8.95 per package. You can find the exact prices on your carrier's website. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@toysdealz.com. We will refund the order amount within a maximum of 14 days after registering your return, provided the product is returned in good condition.
Condition of returned products
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to test the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product carefully and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Non-returnable items
Sealed products cannot be returned if the seal is broken. This applies to:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications (customization)
- Products that are clearly personal in nature
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature
Damaged products upon arrival
If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Send a photo of the damaged part of the item, on a flat surface and with the label and damage clearly visible. We use this information to help you with your order and prevent future errors. If there is a defect, we will send a new package or you will get the first package back. If the product arrives defective the second time, you will receive a full refund.
Manufacturing defects or defects after use
If there is a manufacturing defect, it must be a defect, meaning the part is broken and does not meet the manufacturer's standards. Wearing parts are excluded from manufacturing errors or defects. Wear parts include, but are not limited to:
- Batteries
- Brake pads and discs, brake shoes, brake drums
- Moving parts in the broadest sense of the word
